This is Gavi, in all its identity and personality. Its Cortese grapes grow in the rows surrounding the house where I live, in Rovereto, on the hill that represents the pinnacle of Gavi crus: red soil rich in stones, old vines, and 360-degree sun exposure. Etichetta Nera is my first bottle, my first label, my first wine, made the way I like it: rich in terroir, hard work in the fields, rich in minerality, and a sea of ​​flavor. Its straw-yellow color exudes aromas of cut grass, white flowers, medlar, and yellow citrus. On the palate, it is creamy and stands out for its dense texture of tropical fruit, its citrusy personality, and the fragrance of aromatic herbs.
