It is made from Cortese grapes grown in a single vineyard, facing south-east, trained using the Guyot system and located on the clayey soils of the hills overlooking Novi Ligure.

Nuvole is the wine of summer: fresh, clear, and pure, it speaks volumes when young. Its yellow color is tinged with green highlights that hint at the fragrances of sage and marjoram, fresh aromas of lime and bergamot, and distant hints of yellow exotic fruit. It's perfect on the palate, as it is on the nose. It will also evoke apple, before finishing savory, dry, decisive, and linear, like a sparkling blade.
